Our signature product - A2 Bilona Ghee - is made from the milk of Gir cows, raised with care and dignity. Following the Vedic bilona method, we churn curd in earthen pots and simmer the makkhan slowly over fire. This age-old process preserves nutrients and delivers unmatched flavor and aroma.
